Aaron Perera :
Adding Pericopsis mooniana leaves to my aquarium setup has been one of the best upgrades I’ve made. The broad, vibrant leaves bring a natural, tropical feel that blends beautifully with my other fish tank decorations. My fish seem more relaxed, and the leaves have definitely helped with water clarity too. I found them through a great aquatic supply site definitely worth it for anyone wanting to build a more natural underwater environment.
Nimali Jayasundara :
I discovered Pericopsis mooniana leaves through a local aquascaping supplier and decided to give them a try. They’re now a standout part of my aquatic setup — lush, vibrant, and so easy to maintain. The leaves offer perfect hiding spots, especially for my shy shrimp, and the water stays cleaner thanks to their natural properties. A great find for anyone looking to buy aquarium essentials that are both functional and beautiful.

Belly Pods

Belly pods, from the Aegle marmelos tree, are used in aquariums to release beneficial compounds, similar to Indian almond leaves. They are beneficial for fish such as bettas, angelfish, discus, and tetras, providing natural antibacterial properties and creating a healthy aquatic environment.

Indian Almond leaves

Indian almond leaves (catappa leaves) and jackfruit leaves are beneficial for betta fish in aquariums. Indian almond leaves release tannins with antibacterial and antifungal properties, helping to maintain water quality, lower pH levels naturally, and reduce stress. Jackfruit leaves also release tannins, conditioning water and creating a natural environment that supports betta fish health and well-being.
